Postage and Returns

Goods are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Myhermes depending on size.  Delivery times are estimated.

Postage under £4.95 will be sent Royal Mail, postage over this amount will be sent Parcel Force or Myhermes.

Orders over £75 are carriage paid.

Goods that are advertised are in stock and available for immediate dispatch or collection by arrangement only.  The Welding Emporium aim to dispatch goods within 24-48 hours from receipt of order.   Should dispatch be delayed due to any unforeseen circumstance you will be informed via the email address provided on check out.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.  Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any of our products at any time.  We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of withdrawing any product from delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected].  Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with 7 working days.  A full refund or exchange will be offered, excluding any original postage cost.  You are responsible for any return postage, unless your product was received damaged or faulty.  Please email a photograph of damaged products to [email protected].

Please ensure goods are well packaged to prevent damage, as we may not be able to exchange or refund you.  Please obtain proof of postage as we are not liable for goods missing or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be issued on receipt of goods and you will be notified via email.
